By ordering from this website, you agree to the following policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not order from us.
If you choose the wrong size, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide you with a new order form so you don't need to pay for the item, but you do need to pay for re-shipping of a new size.
Due to the nature of the goods, we DO NOT accept any exchanges.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS:
Once you place an order it cannot be cancelled, as all orders being processing in our warehouse immediately.
Due to the nature of the goods (undergarments), we are unable to accept Returns.
We DO NOT accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
If you receive a faulty or defective item you must immediately advise us via email within 48 hours so we can send a replacement.
We do not offer refunds if a package is lost once it has been dispatched from our warehouse, however if a package is lost in transit by the postal service, we will ship a new one after a claim is complete.
All products are exactly the same as the images on the website. Please read the product description prior to purchase.
